Operating Assistance Guidelines

Applications for operating assistance awards are available once each fiscal year for the current or future year’s operations. Assistance is available to non-profit periodicals devoted primarily (at least 75%) to the first publication of any form of artistic expression or social, cultural, or intellectual commentary or inquiry. Awards under this program are intended to support the artistic development of established periodicals with regular publication, and stable artistic and administrative leadership.
