Community arts and cultural organizations include community arts councils as well as community driven arts and cultural non-profit organizations whose primary purpose is to enrich a specified community through a range of arts disciplines and experiences. Although generally volunteer-run, they may engage and collaborate with professional artists/arts, museum and cultural practitioners, arts administrators, Elders or Traditional Knowledge Keepers.
