Nanaimo Grants Information Sessions with the First Peoples’ Cultural Council and the BC Arts Council

The First Peoples’ Cultural Council and the BC Arts Council invite you to join program staff at two upcoming Grants Information Sessions in Nanaimo on Snuneymuxw territory. These sessions will help arts and culture practitioners understand the available grants and how to apply.

Grants Information Session: Arts Organizations and Collectives

This collaborative session, co-presented by First Peoples’ Cultural Council and the BC Arts Council, will explore current grant opportunities, review eligibility, walk through the application process, and offer grant-writing tips. Co-presented by First Peoples’ Cultural Council and the BC Arts Council, this session is tailored for individual artists and creatives who are in the early stages of their practice or are applying for grants for the first time. Program staff from both organizations will outline their grants for individual artists and provide the information you need to register and apply, including a walk through the application process and grant-writing tips.
