Share Your Images From the Last Year
2020 was an unusual and challenging year for the arts and culture sector.
We’re seeking images from grant recipients that tell the stories of the year they’ve experienced. These images will be considered for use in our forthcoming annual report, our website, and on other platforms.
In addition to images of activities that were supported by BC Arts Council funding, which took place between 1 April 2020 and 31 March 2021, we’re looking for photos that demonstrate what the sector looked like behind-the-scenes as individuals and organizations adapted or changed course to meet the various challenges presented by the pandemic.
It would be wonderful to see images that represent the diversity of the arts in the province. This is also an opportunity to show the faces of those who might not always be featured in promotional materials but who are integral to the success of the sector.
For these more candid and behind-the-scene shots, we’re aware that the resolution or image quality might not be as high as traditional marketing or publicity photos, please feel free to still share them with us
